Pivařova mapa started with a simple question: which beers are actually on tap across Czechia? I am building it as a living data project that combines website scraping, structured beer listings and AI calls to pubs.
It now checks more than 2000 venues regularly and keeps growing. I want it to be useful for beer drinkers while also showing how much local culture can be mapped through careful work with public data.
Kalkuvlačka calculates IDS ticket prices for cross-district journeys, where standard journey planners often miss the cheapest combination. I use open transport and tariff data to help passengers save money without having to understand every corner of Czech fare systems.

Sarajevo 1984 grew out of my diploma thesis on how Sarajevo can use its Olympic legacy today. I used a RAG system to distill more than 4000 pages of sources into a story people can experience directly in the city.
The result is a 13-stop QR-based educational trail with an AI audio guide and a full website documenting memories of the Sarajevo Olympics. More than 8000 people visited the trail in its first year, which made it a deeply personal proof that technology can help forgotten places speak again.
Surmiso is a digital version of the party game Activity, made to carry a favorite group game anywhere without a box, cards or language barrier. I built it in six languages so it works naturally at home, while travelling and in mixed groups of friends.

At Česká pošta, I spent two years leading AI implementation inside a large public-service organization. I worked on AI bots for customer care, improved automatic resolutions and piloted projects in administration and logistics.
It was a lesson in building technology at a scale where every detail affects real customers, operational teams and everyday processes. It taught me to treat AI not as a demo, but as something that has to become part of a working organization.
